If we have the item in stock, it will be dispatched on the same or next business day. Most orders are delivered within 3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 10 days.

We provide tracking numbers for all shipments. Check your order status page or your email for the tracking number.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at sharon.easdale@worklocker.com.au If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
